摘要
本研究用人工接种大豆灰斑病菌的方法对100份大豆材料在生理小种的水平上,进行了3年的抗性鉴定。根据供试的大豆材料对灰斑病菌1~10号生理小种的抗感反应,从中选择出只抗(或只感)一个生理小种而同时感(或抗)其它9个生理小种的大豆材料,建立了两套灰斑病菌单生理小种鉴别寄主体系。
soybean varieties (or lines) were inoculated separately with 10 races of Cercospora sojina Hara in 1993, 1994 and 1996. The main object of study was to screen out varieties (or lines) which were resistant (or susceptible) to one of the 10 physiological races and susceptible (or resistant) to the other physiological races. With these varieties(or lines), the two sets of differentiate hosts of single physioloical race were established. Unknow or new physiological race can be identified by the two sets of differentiate hosts of single physioloical race.
