摘要
本文以我国大豆根腐病的主要致病菌镰刀菌为目标进行了拮抗菌的室内筛选及温室测定。经对100多株拮抗菌的室内筛选,获得拮抗效果好的菌株2株。AS818和AS929菌株在室内平板抑菌活性测定及进一步的温室苗期实验中,均显示出较强的抑菌活性。其中5倍稀释的AS818及AS929发酵滤液在PDA平板上的抑菌率分别为70.5%和88.5%,其温室防效分别为77.0%和81.4%。AS818和AS929菌剂对豆苗的株高、鲜株重、根长、根重均表现出良好的促进作用。
Screening for antagonistic isolates against root rot disease has been carried out in the laboratory and greenhouse. 7 isolates were antagonistic to Fusarium oxysporum by pairing culture with antagonistic zone above 3mm. The ferment liquid of isolates AS818 and AS929 were found to be highly antagonistic. The inhibition rate of 5fold diluted filtrate of isolates AS818 and AS929 against Fusarium was 70.5% and 885%, respectively. The above isolates suppressed soybean root rot disease in greenhouse by 77.0% and 81.4% respectively and both of them promoted soybean growth.
