摘要
半连续铸造法生产T2A紫铜的工艺是:配料→加料→熔化→加Cu-P中间合金→熔化→铸造→吊锭→半成品摆放。此工艺虽较成熟,但是所生产的铸锭尚存在密度达不到指标、裂纹、夹渣及漏挂等一系列质量问题,尤其是生产T2A φ210的铸锭,问题更为严重。通过对工艺的摸索与试验,得出一些解决的措施,并且已取得良好的效果。
The semi-continuous casting process of T2A copper rolling ingot consists of the following steps: make-up of raw materials-charging-melting-adding Cu-P master alloy-melting,hoisting up ingotsstacking. This process is well established but the quality of the ingots is often affected adversely by lower density than required, cracks, inclusions and overhangs, especially during the production of T2AФ210. Through experiments, some solutions to the problems are found and good results achieved.
