摘要
目的:研究刺蒺藜中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和总黄酮含量为考察指标。采用正交试验法,考察加醇量、提取次数、提取时间、乙醇浓度4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A1B3C3D2,即药材加乙醇10倍量,提取3次,提取时间3h,乙醇浓度80%。结论:正交试验法优选刺蒺藜总黄酮的提取工艺简便、快速、准确。
Objective ： To study the extraction technology of flavonoid compounds from Tribulus Terrestris. Methods ： With dry extract rate and flavonoid content as the indicators, orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors （ ethanol volume, extracting frequency, extraction time and ethanol consentration） on the extracting process. Results： The optimum extracting procedure was A1B3C3D2. That is to say, the ethanol volume was 10 times of the weight of Tribulus Terrestris, and extracted flavonoid compounds from Tribulus Terrestris with 80% ethanol for 3 times, with 3 hours for each time. Conclusion： The extraction technology of flavonoid compounds from Tribulus Terrestris optimized by orthogonal test is simple, quick and accurate.
