摘要
研究了以双酚A环氧树脂为基体,六氢苯酐(HHPA)为固化剂,MZ-31为固化促进剂组成的六氢苯酐/环氧树脂体系。结合凝胶化实验、动态DSC法和红外跟踪实验法,并借助T-β图外推法,确定了HHPA/EP体系的最佳固化工艺为:100℃/1h+120℃/2h+150℃/4h,再于190℃下后处理3 h。
The hexahydrophthalic anhydride/epoxy resin (HHPA/EP) system, which consists of bisphenol-A epoxy resin as the matrix, HHPA as the curing agent and MZ-31 as the curing accelerator, was systematically investigated in the paper. On the basis of gelling tests, dymamic DSC, infrared spectrum tracking experiments and extrapolation in T- β figue,the optimal curing conditions of HHPA/EP system were obtained and they are taht the mixture is cured in vacum oven at 100℃ for 1 h,at 120 ℃ for 2 h and at 150 ℃ for 4 h in turn,then its post-curing treatment is conducted at 190 ℃ for 3 h.
