摘要
目的分析椎管内肿瘤MRI检查的影像学表现,提高椎管内肿瘤的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析2001-01～2007-06间,经手术病理证实的椎管内肿瘤37例,比较各类肿瘤的影像学改变。结果室管膜瘤3例,星形细胞瘤2例,血管母细胞瘤1例,神经鞘瘤14例,神经纤维瘤6例,脊膜瘤3例,脂肪瘤1例,转移瘤7例(脊髓内2例,硬脊膜外5例)。术前定位准确35例(准确率94.6%),定性准确30例(准确率81.1%)。结论MRI对椎管内肿瘤的定位及定性准确率较高,应为当前首选的影像学诊断方法。
Objective To analyze the manifestation of MRI of IVCT so that to improve the diagnostic level of intraspinal canal. Methods The clinical data of 37 cases of such patient were analyzed in pathology after operation retrospectiv ely and other tumors were compared. Results There were ependgmoma 3 cases, astroma 2 cases, hemangioblastomal case, schwannoma 14 cases, neurofibvoma 6 cases, meningiona 3 cases, lipoma 1 case, and metastasis tumor 7 cases. The accuvacy location was in 35 cases and accuracy quality was in 30 cases. Conclusion MRI might have high accuracy in location and quality to diagnose WCT and it should be first choice to obtain diagnosis.
