摘要
目的分析超声引导卵巢囊肿穿刺抽吸、无水乙醇反复冲洗硬化治疗的临床疗效。方法对78例卵巢囊肿,82个囊腔,超声引导下穿刺抽尽囊液,用与抽出囊液等量的70%无水乙醇反复冲洗3～5次硬化治疗。结果82个囊腔均一次性穿刺成功,观察1～3个月,治愈率100%。结论超声引导穿刺大剂量乙醇短时间治疗卵巢囊肿操作简便、安全、治愈率高,不受腹腔粘连的影响,并取得与手术相同的疗效,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of ultrasonic intervention in gynecological cyst with acupuncture, alcohol irritation. Methods 78 ovary cysts with 82 cavity were performed such methods. Results 82 cysts were punctured successfully one time with curative rate of 100% after 1 - 3 months follow - up. Conclusion This method might be easy performance, safe, high curative rate and without adhesion affection. It might have same effect with operation.
