摘要
根管治疗是牙髓病及根尖周病的主要治疗手段,现代根管治疗共分为3个步骤:根管预备、根管消毒和根管充填。目前,在根管预备后,对于根管的消毒方法主要有:根管冲洗、根管封药、超声消毒、激光消毒、微波消毒等方法。迄今为止,又有学者提出,用1411型高频电刀进行根管消毒的实验研究,效果良好。本文就近年来各种消毒方法的研究进展进行综述,并介绍应用高频电刀进行根管消毒技术的发展方向,希望能为广大口腔临床工作者提供帮助。

Nowdays, after preparation of root - canal, mot canal disinfection techniques have： to rinse mot canal, intracanal medicament, ultrasonic disinfection, laser disinfection, microwave disinfection and so on. Up to now, some scholar experimentalized to disinfect mot canal with 1411 type high frequency electrotome, and gained good effect, The article sum up progress in development studies of all sorts disinfection methods, and introuduced new developmental direction with application of high frequency electrotome, hope that they can supply help for clinical stomatology operator.
