改良气管内给予肺表面活性物质防治早产儿NRDS临床分析

摘要 新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,NRDS）是早产儿主要的发病和死亡原因,主要因为肺表面活性物质（pulmonary surfactant,PS）缺乏所致。针对病因给予外源性PS替代疗法对NRDS的预防和治疗效果已为国内外大多数学者证实。我们自2004年起使用PS（curosurf）预防和治疗早产儿NRDS，并在给药方式上进行了改良．取得了满意效果，现报道如下。
