摘要
目的探讨宫颈环型电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法对50例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者使用电切术治疗,手术标本均送病理检查,并观察手术时间、术中出血量、随访术后恢复情况。结果电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变平均手术时间7min,平均出血量6ml,治愈率90%。结论宫颈环型电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变具有操作简单、痛苦小、疗效确切、可提供完整病理标本等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutical value of treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasm with LEEP. Method 50 cases of CIN were treated by excision of cervix by LEEP.The clinical character（operation time,bleeding etc.）of the procedure was studied. Results The mean time used to finish the procedure was 7 minites.And the mean bleeding during the procedure was 6ml.90% of the the patients were cured by the procedure. Conclusion LEEP should be widely used as clinical treatments of CIN because of its simple procedure,little pain and good effect.Furthermore it could supply with pathological specimen.
