摘要
目的:探讨壮医特色针挑疗法对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的支气管哮喘患者105例,按照治疗前哮喘病情严重程度分级,采用分层随机对照法分为壮医特色针挑组(治疗组)、西医治疗组(对照组1)和中医治疗组(对照组2)各35例。治疗组在应用抗喘药物的基础上,采用壮医特色针挑疗法进行治疗,对照组1单纯应用西医抗喘药物常规治疗,对照组2采用中医辨证定喘汤加减治疗。分别观察对比三组患者在治疗前、后肺功能的改变。结果:治疗组患者肺功能的改善程度不仅自身与治疗前比较效果显著(P<0.05或P<0.001),而且与对照组1、对照组2比较差异均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:壮医特色针挑疗法能够明显提高哮喘患者的肺功能。
Objective：To discuss zhuang characteristic prick treatment in improving the lung functions of bronchial asthma patients.Methods：105 cases of bronchial asthma patients were selected and derided into zhuang characteristic prick treatment group,westen medicine group （control group 1 ）, TCM treating group （control group2） according to the bronchial asthma severity order, by randomized controlled method, with 35 cases in each group. treating group was treated by anti-asthma medicine combined with zhuang characteristic prick treatment.controll group 1 was given simple westen medicine,controll group 2 was presented TCM dingchuan decoction for treatment. observe the lung fuctional change before and after experiment inand between each group.Results：The lung fuctional improvement in treating group was significant （P〈0.05 ＆ P〈0.01 ）. The cure comparison between treating group and control group1,2 showed bigger obvious difference （P〈0.05 ＆ P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion：Zhuang characteristic prick treatment could improve lung fuctions in bronchial asthma patients.
