摘要
文章在深入研究PC技术和运动控制技术的基础上选择合适的硬件平台和软件平台进行微小孔振动钻床数控系统的研制,该系统的硬件结构以PC机结合PCI总线型A/D卡为核心,配以系统所需的外围模块;其软件系统以Windows 98作为数控系统软件运行平台,利用VC++6.0开发系统所需的应用控制软件。该系统不仅经济实用、可靠性高,还具有功能强、扩展性好等优点,便于根据实际需求进行功能的添加和裁剪。
Based on the study on technology of PC and locomotion-control, special platform of hardw-are and software was choosed to research the NC system of micro-hole Vibratory drilling machine tool. For this system,the kernel of hardware is the PC embedded a AJD board via the bus,and it is alse equipped with required peripheral modules; Its software is based on the Windows 98, and the required application control software is developed by the VC＋＋6.0. This system has the virtues of economic practicality high-reliablity, high performance, good expansibility and so on, so well as to modify function according to practical requirement.
