摘要
采用Superpave混合料体积设计方法,以氢氧化铝(ATH)为阻燃剂,研究了ATH掺量对Superpave12.5阻燃沥青混合料路用性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:ATH可以有效提高沥青的氧指数。随ATH掺量增加,阻燃沥青混合料稳定度降低、流值增大、浸水后稳定度残留强度比降低,而劈裂强度和车辙动稳定度增加、劈裂残留强度比提高,在ATH掺量为40%以内,阻燃沥青混合料路用性能均能满足规范要求。同时,模拟燃烧结果表明,ATH有效改善了沥青混凝土的阻燃性能。
Flame retardant asphalt mixture with aluminiurn hydroxide (ATH) was prepared using Superpave designing methods. The effect of ATH contents on pavement performance and flame retardancy of Superpave 12.5 flame retardants modified asphalt mixture was investigated. The results indicated that the oxygen index (OI) of asphalt binder was increased when ATH was added. The Marshall stability of flame retardant modified asphalt mixture decrease, flow value and the loss of Marshall stability increase, while indirect tensile strength and dynamic stability of asphalt mixture increase and loss of indirect tensile decrease with the content of ATH increasing. The pavement performance of flame retardant modified asphalt mixture can meet the asphalt mixture design requirements when the content of ATH less than 40 %. And simulation burning test showed that ATH can obviously improve the flame retardancy of asphalt mixture.
