摘要
研究了碳纤维毡和树脂基碳纤维复合材料的应变传感特性,结果表明:虽然碳纤维毡应变传感灵敏度系数比树脂基碳纤维复合材料高1倍多,但是树脂基碳纤维复合材料比碳纤维毡应变传感稳定性高出好几倍,甚至几十倍。5层碳纤维毡树脂基复合材料的应变传感稳定性系数为12.1,远高于碳纤维毡的0.35,因为它除了有单层碳纤维毡本身的纤维搭接构成的导电网络,层间也有短切碳纤维的搭接,形成了一个新的导电性能更加完好的立体导电网络。
Both the carbon fiber felt and polymer based carbon fiber composites have strain sensing character. For the static sensor character, although the sensitivity of polymer based carbon fiber composites is about half of the carbon fiber felt, the stability of polymer based carbon fiber composites is several times higher than the carbon fiber felt, even several decades times. The stability coefficient of polymer based five layers carbon fiber composites is 12.1, however the carbon fiber felt is only 0.35. The reason of this phenomena is polymer based five layers carbon fiber composites have not only the electricity-conductive net formed of carbon fibers contact of single layer carbon fiber flet,but also carbon fibers contact between layers, so a new three-dimensional electricity-conductive net comes into being.
