摘要
采用合适的模型和参量,用适于强场低自旋(S=1/2)d5组态的微扰公式计算了4d5离子Ru3+在Y3Al5O12晶体中的自旋哈密顿参量(g因子g∥,g⊥和超精细结构常数A∥和A⊥).通过计算,合理地解释了这些自旋哈密顿参量并获得了Ru3+杂质中心在Y3Al5O12晶体中的缺陷结构.
In this paper, by using the suitable model and parameters, the spin-Hamiltonian parameters (g factors g//, g⊥ and A//,A⊥) of Ru3+ ions in Y3Al5O12 crystals are calculated from the perturbation formulas related to low spin (S = 1/2) strong field d5 configuration. From the calculations, the spin-Hamiltonian pa- rameters of Y3Al5O12 :Ru3+ are explained reasonably and the defect structure for the Ru3+ centers in Y3Al5O12 crystals is obtained.
