摘要
随着近几年城市园林绿化步伐的不断加快,对六盘山野生木本观赏植物的需求逐年增加,为了在合理开发这些野生资源的同时不对环境造成破坏,进行了野生木本观赏植物的繁育技术试验研究.通过有性繁殖和无性繁殖2种方法对天目琼花(Viburnum sargentii)进行繁育试验研究,结果表明,种子采用变温层积处理后春季播种比较成功,可以进行大面积推广;硬枝扦插用ABT1号生根剂处理的插条比较成功;嫩枝扦插比较成功的方法是用银沙作基质,ABT1号生根粉处理插条,可以进行大面积推广.
The demand of the wild wood ornamental plants increases in Liupan Mountains with the process of virescence of cities. The breeding trial of the wild wood ornamental plants by sexual propagation and clone was done to develop rationally the wild resource and to prevent the damage of environment. The results indicate that the seeding in the spring is successful after the seeds were treated by the changing temperature and stratum--storage in the sand and it can be extended in the seeding area. The technique of hard twig cuttage using ABT1 is successful and the tender twigs cuttage using ABT1 is also successful using the material of the sand. The techniques can be extended on big areas.
