摘要
在田间条件下,研究不同树龄枸杞(Lycium barbarum)果实的主要次生代谢产物甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素含量的变化及其与枸杞多糖的关系.结果表明,不同树龄枸杞果实主要次生代谢产物甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素的含量存在差异,中年树龄(13-17年)的次生代谢产物含量比幼龄树和老龄树多.相关分析表明,多糖与甜菜碱呈显著负相关,与类胡萝卜素呈显著正相关.因此,从有效成分分析,枸杞树龄17年限是更新换代的最佳时期.
Field experiments were conducted to study the changes from the main to the secondary metabolites betaine and carotenoid content in fruits at different tree ages of Lycium barbarum, and the relationships between them and polysaccharides. The results showed that, the content of betaine and carotenoid are different with different tree ages of Lycium barbarum. The content of secondary metabolite in middle-aged trees (13-17 years) is more than in young trees and old trees. The correlation analysis results show that, a remarkable negative correlation of polysaccharides and betaine, polysaccharides and flavone, polysaccharides and the total sugar. The best recommended renewal age of Lycium barbarum is 17 years.
