摘要
在全面推进新课改的进程中,如何立足区情,在已有的基础上确保西部地区基础教育的持续健康发展,这是西部基础教育发展的关键,也是构建和谐社会的有效途径。
In the process of the new course reform, how to safeguard sustainable and healthy development of elementary education in Western China on the basis of its development and under the local conditions is not only the key to developing elementary education in the West, but also an effective way to build a harmonious society.
