摘要
介绍了现在参与投标的施工企业施工组织设计编制存在的不足,通过对投标标书如何编制的论述,指出采用信息技术优化施工组织设计编制手段,是保证施工企业承揽更多施工任务的重要环节,并将是提高施工企业竞争力和企业信誉的重要手段。
It introduced the short of construction organization design establishment of bidding construction enterprise. Through discussion on how to establish bidding tender, it pointed out that the construction organization design establishment method optimized by information technology was important segment to guarantee construction enterprises bearing more construction works, and was important method to enhance competitive power and credibility of construction enterprise.
