摘要
立足于我国代建项目开展的实际情况,以代建项目自身特点和其造价管理活动中面临的内外部环境为分析依据,以造价控制为主线讨论了代建单位在造价管理活动中的控制要点。
The article is written on the practical basis of the development of our country＇s constructing agent items. According to the characters of the constructing agent items and the inside and outside circumstances which they are faced with during the activity of the budget making and administering, we have made some essentials on the charging essentials of the constructing agents during their budget making and administering activities.
