摘要
从工程监理的现状出发,探讨了当前工程监理存在的主要问题,针对以上问题提出了几点对策,通过监理单位自身的重视以及执业人员业务能力的提高,从而创造和谐的监理氛围,提高工程质量,确保工程顺利进行。
Based on the present situation of the engineering supervision, the author discusses the existing main problems in the engineering supervision at present, puts forward the countermeasures according to the problems, creates the harmonious supervision atmosphere through the attention of the supervision units and the ability improvement of the staff, to improve the engineering quality and to garantee the smooth construction of the project.
