摘要
通过分析灾区基础设施现状,阐述了灾后基础设施重建工作中引入BOT模式的必要性,同时探讨了震后灾区发展BOT建设模式的有利条件以及BOT项目的投资人,重点提出了BOT模式的实施建议,以期使灾区基础设施能迅速恢复并投入使用。
According to the analysis of the current situation for the infrastructure construction in earthquake areas, the paper illustrates the necessity of the application of the BOT pattern in the reconstruction project of the infrastructure after the earthquake, explores the advantageous conditions of developing BOT construction pattern in earthquake areas, as well as the investors of BOT program, and emphasizes on the implementation suggestions of BOT pattern, so as to make the restoration projects can be finished as soon as possible and to come into use .
