摘要
从既有住宅建筑节能改造中涉及的屋面、墙体、门窗、用能设备四个方面论述了当前既有住宅建筑改造的内容,并针对其特点,从节能材料选用、改造措施等方面进行了阐述,以达到降低既有建筑能耗的目的。
It illustrates the content of old house renewal from roof, wall, window, door and energy-consuming equipment in the energy saving renewal in old houses, and illustrates from energy saving material selection and renewing measures according to its features, ,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the energy in old houses.
