摘要
本文简要评述了核糖核酸酶谱(RNase Mapping)分析和S_1核酸酶谱(S_1-nuclease mapping)分析两种转录起始点测定方法;着重介绍了前者测定方法及详细的操作步骤,并简要讨论了转录起始点测定技术在真核基因表达调控研究中的重要作用及可能的应用前景。
The transcriptional start point of CPS I (Carbamyl-phosphate synthetase I) enzyme gene were determined by RNase mapping and S1-nuclease mapping. The similar to the results were observed by above two techniques.In this paper, The comparation with RNase mapping and S1-nuclease mapping has been discussed, particular RNase mapping techniques has been discri-bed in detail.It is show that two techniques may niplay an important role in study gene regulation. It may be very useful technigues in the future.
