摘要 近年来,由于高含硫气田井喷、压力容器泄漏和沼气池维护不当等原因发生的有毒有害气体伤害事故发生较频繁,亟需集成无线传输功能、易于快速部署、具有一定防护功能的有毒有害气体监测设备。针对这种需求,本文设计并实现了一种针对油气田等复杂环境现场数据监测和采集的需求,集成气体浓度、温度、GPS信息等多种数据采集功能;通过自组织的无线网络进行数据传输;集成电池模块,易于快速部署;具有一定防护功能的高集成度无线传感器节点。该节点已通过了"中国计量院"的气体采集精度测试,已通过"电子工业安全与电磁兼容兼容监测中心"的外壳防护等级测试。并且已经成功在中国石油西南分公司试点应用。 In recent years, due to the high-sulfur gas well blowout and the leakage of pressure vessels and other improper maintenance of methane-generating pits, the occurrence of poisonous gas accident injuries have become more frequently. A toxic gas monitoring equipment integrated with wireless feature, easy to deploy quickly, Dwing a pro- tective function was in urgent need. In response to this demand, a wireless gas collection equipment was designed and implemented for a complex environment, such as oil and gas fields on-site monitoring and data collection needs. The highly integrated wireless sensor node was integrated with gas, temperature, GPS information and other data collection function, with self-organizing wireless network for data transmission, integrated with battery modules, easy to deploy quickly, with a protective shell. The node has passed gas measurement accuracy test by "National Institute of Metrol- ogy P. R. China", has passed shell protection level test by "Safety and EMC Testing Center of Electronic Industry (SEC) ". And it has been used successfully in the south-west branch of China National Petroleum Corporation.
