改性粉煤灰吸附处理含铜废水研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON ADSORPTION TREATMENT OF WASTEWATER CONTAINING COPPER WITH MODIFIED FLY ASH

摘要 采用高分子絮凝剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)对粉煤灰进行改性,通过正交试验研究改性粉煤灰处理含铜废水。实验结果表明:改性粉煤灰用量为3.0g,吸附平衡时间90 min,pH=10时,铜去除率可达97%。该工艺简单,以废治废,成本低廉,具有良好的应用前景。 Fly ash is modified by macromolecular flocculant PDMDAAC, The simulation experiment on the absorption treatment for wastewater containing Cu^2+ with modified fly ash is conducted by the orthogonal method. The results show that the removal rate of copper can be over 97 % with pH value of 10, the dosage of modified fly ash of 3.0 g and the contacting time of 90 min. The technique is simple, the wastewater is harnessed by other waste and the cost is lower. Therefore,it will have better applied prospect.
