摘要
对自行分离的PPVL株VP2基因片段进行克隆和测序。序列分析表明:L株VP2基因片段与其他PPV毒株的VP2基因片段的核苷酸同源性均在99.19%以上,氨基酸同源性在98.87%以上。表明L株与国内流行毒株之间同源性极为接近,其中与NADL-2(4973)株的亲缘关系最近(核苷酸同源性为99.81%,氨基酸同源性为99.62%)。在决定毒株组织嗜性的关键氨基酸位点上(378,383及436),L株与NADL-2株相同,据此推测L株的毒性与组织嗜性可能与NADL-2相似。
The VP2 gene fragment of PPV L strain was cloned and sequenced. It demonstrated over 99.19% nucleotide sequence identity and 98.87% amino acid sequence identity with other PPV strains. Phylogenetic tree analysis of VP2 gene showed the closest relationship between L strain and NADL-2(4973) strain. The same amino acid locus of L strain and NADL-2 strain was on 378, 383 and 436, which decided the tissue tropism of PPV, hereby the tissue tropism and virulence of L strain was probably similar with NADL -2 strain.
