摘要
本文综述国内外用户满意研究的现状,指出存在的问题和在我国开展用户满意理论与实践的发展方向.
Consumer satisfaction is a new research field. It agrees with sustainable developing strategy. This paper briefly describes the state of consumer satisfaction researches, and points out the problems of these researches. The development directions of carrying out consumer satisfaction theory researches and applications in our country are also discussed.
