摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Eu2+掺杂的BaAl12O19发光粉。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱对荧光粉的晶体结构和发光特性进行检测。结果表明:制得的荧光粉为六方BaAl12O19单相,其发射光谱为一不对称的宽带发射峰,是由三种晶格位置的Eu2+所产生的不同峰值的发射峰叠加而成的。详细考察了晶化温度、Eu2+掺杂浓度和Al3+含量的改变对Eu2+进入不同晶格位置的影响。
Eu^2+ doped BaAl12O19 phosphors were prepared by using the sol-gel method, and their structure and luminescence properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD)analysis and fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that a single hexagonal BaAl12O19 crystal structure was synthesized and the emission spectrum of BaAl12O19: Eu exhibited a broad asymmetric band, which was composed of three emission peaks at 438,462,511 nm, respectively. The position and intensity of emission band were affected by crystallization temperature, Eu^2+ concentration and Al^3+ content. With crystallization temperature increasing, the emission intensity of 438 nm significantly increaseed, but the emission intensity of 511 nm decreaseed. With Eu^2+ concentration increasing, the emission peak shifted to longer wavelength. The optimum concentration of Eu^2+ was 10%. The emission intensity increased effectively in blue light region and decreased in green light region by Al^3+ content reducing.
