摘要
调速阀的静态特性分析得出调速阀在使用过程中容易产生的二个主要性能问题,提出了对调速阀的结构进行改进,消除了启动冲击,保证了流量稳定性,提高了调速阀的使用性能。经试验得到了很好的效果,为调速阀结构的合理设计及其应用提供了一定的依据。
The static characteristic of regulating-flow valve was analyzed, the two main questions for the valve were presented The structure of the regulating-flow valve was improved, which eliminates the start impact, and guarantees the flux stability.
