摘要
针对某水面船舶舵机加载系统的研制要求,开发了一套动态加载系统。系统采用了两差动液压缸等腰三角形布置的加载方式和安全的液压回路,在采用变PID控制和结构不变性原理补偿的基础上实现了对加载系统多余力的有效消除。实验结果表明,本动态加载系统达到了良好的加载精度和高的频率响应。
A dynamic force load system for one ship steering gear was developed. The isosceles triangle load mode and safe hydraulic load system were introduced in the system, and extraneous force was eliminated effectively based on using the variational PID control parameters and traditional velocity synchro-compensation method. The experimental results show that the dynamic force load system can meet nice load precision and high frequency response.
