摘要
针对顺能垃圾发电厂凝结水泵的汽蚀现象,分析了汽蚀产生的原因,提出对凝结水泵进行变频调速技术改造的方案,生产实践证明:改造解决了汽蚀对水泵的影响,取得了比较理想的效果。
Based upon the cavitations problem on the condensation pump in the garbage power plant＇, firstly, forming cause of the cavitations was analyzed, and then, the rebuilding project on the condensation pump employing the frequency-conversion speed regulation system was put forward. The productive practice proved that this rebuilding resolved the cavitations problem on the condensation pump in the garbage.
