辣椒雄性雌化花芽与正常花芽形态分化比较 被引量:2

摘要 辣椒雄性雌化花芽和正常花芽的分化形态、解剖学观察结果表明:雄性雌化花芽和正常花芽的分化过程基本相同,花萼原基和花瓣原基最先出现,然后分化出雄蕊原基,最后是雌蕊原基的分化。雌性化雄蕊原基在花芽分化过程中最初呈扁平突起,以后发育成类似心皮的叶状体,较正常雄蕊原基扁平宽大。最后叶状体边缘卷合形成“雌蕊”。雄蕊在雌性化过程中,在形态上表现了一系列中间过渡类型。 お? The morphological and anatomic difference about the gynantherous and normal flower buds of pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) was observed. The differentation process of the gynantherous flower buds is similar with that of the normal flower buds until the stamen primordia have become flat. The stamen primordia appear after differentation of the calyx and corolla primordia, the pisital primordia appear latest. The gynantherous primordia are flat protuberance early, and then become into phylloids. These phylloids are more spacious than the normal stamen primordia. At last these phylloids roll up to form “pistils”. Many transitional types in morphdogy appear in the process of feminisation of the stamen.
