摘要
亚麻织物经丝光后形态随丝光浓度及时间的变化而变化,纤维的纵面变得圆润,横节消失或不是很明显,纤维剧烈溶胀,横截面由原来的有棱角的多边形转变成外缘光滑的圆形或椭圆形,纤维断裂强力也有了很大的提高。通过测试亚麻织物经丝光后吸附能力及上染速率的变化情况,以此来分析亚麻织物丝光过程中碱液浓度对其的影响。
After mercerization the shape of flax fabric is changing by the mercerization concentration and time, the fibrous vertical section become smooth, the horizontal stanza disappears or is not very obvious, the fiber dissolve acutely, cross section turn into smooth rotundity or ellipse from the polygon with sharp angle originalIy. Very big exaltation in intensity can be achieved when the fiber is ruptured. Linen fabrics have passed the test by the absorption capacity after mercerizing and dyeing rate changes,analysis of lye concentration in linen fabric mercerization.
