摘要
本文从生物力学观点研究脊柱固定器压缩固定与支撑固定的稳定性,为临床提供生物力学参数,对4个国人新鲜尸体脊柱标本用脊柱固定器分别进行支撑固定和压缩固定后,进行前屈、后伸、左侧弯、右侧弯实验。得出了两种固定方式标本前屈、后伸、左侧弯、右侧弯载荷位移数据。实验结果表明压缩固定组标本前屈、后伸、左侧弯、右侧弯位移小于支撑固定组。
This article research on spinal compression fixed and fixed-support the stability of fixed from the biomechanical perspective, provide biomechanics parameters to clinic, do experiments of flexion, extension, the left bend, the right bend on spinal specimens of four fresh bodies spine after support and compression fixed separately by spinal fixation device. Got load displacement data of flexion, extension, the left bend, the light bend about the two fixed formula samples. Experimental results show that the flexion, extension, the left bend, the right bend of the compression fixed groups were less than the support fixed group. Analysis and discuss the experimental results.
