进度和成本控制对于工程施工单位的经济效益有着直接影响,而工程分包对工程的进度和成本控制又有着息息相关的联系,通过对建筑工程分包概念的阐述以及分包现状的概述,分析工程分包的必然性,以桥巩水电站工程施工为例论述了企业在施工管理中如何有效实施工程分包。
Progress and cost control directly affect economic benefits of the construction company that undertakes a project, and project subcontracting has close relation to such control. The necessity of project subcontracting is analyzed through elaboration on project subcontracting and overview on current subcontracting situation. It discusses how an enterprise subcontracts a project effectively in the course of construction management by taking the construction of Qiaogong hydropower station as an example.
