摘要
实验利用Ca^(2+)依赖性环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶(PDE)测定方法,观察川芎嗪拮抗钙调素(CaM)的作用。当川芎嗪浓度大于0.3mM时,能明显抑制CaM激活的PDE活性,其半抑制浓度(IC_(50))为6.5mM。在浓度大于4mM时,川芎嗪开始抑制PDE的基础活性。咪唑能减弱川芎嗪对PDE的抑制作用。
Using the assay system of Ca2+-dependent cyclic nucleotide phosphodieste-rase (PDE), we observed the antagonistic effects of ligusterazine on calmodu-lin (CaM) . The activity of CaM-stimulated PDE was apparently inhibited by Iigusterazine at a concentration of more than 0.3mM and the IC50 was 6.5 mM. At a concentration greater than 4 mM tke drug also inhibited the basal activity of PDE. Irnmidazole reduced the suppressive effect of ligustrazine on the activity of PDE.
