糖尿病患者视网膜病变状况调查分析与护理

摘要 目的通过探讨糖尿病患者视网膜病变的特点,为指导糖尿病视网膜病变的患者对视网膜病变早期预防、护理、控制病程发展及健康教育提供科学的依据。方法对55例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,并进行眼底检查及相关实验室检查,通过问卷及检查结果,分析糖尿病患者视网膜病变的特点。结果糖尿病视网膜病变的发病率随着糖尿病病程增长而明显增加,同时与血脂、血糖、肾病等相关因素有关。结论针对糖尿病患者视网膜病变的特点,实施相应的护理及预防对策,提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的生活质量并帮助糖尿病患者预防视网膜病变的发生。
