摘要
目的探讨护理干预对甲亢合并低钾周期性麻痹(TPP)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法观察组28例TPP住院患者实施心理支持、饮食指导、疾病防治知识宣教、药物指导、跟踪随访等护理干预措施,同时调查和观察护理干预前后患者掌握疾病防护知识、自我调护、治疗依从性和TPP的复发情况,并与对照组21例实施常规治疗护理的患者进行对照比较。结果观察组护理干预后防护知识评分、治疗依从性评分明显高于干预前(P<0.01);观察组出院后(12个月、24个月)防护知识评分、治疗依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),复发次数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论TPP的发病与甲亢病程和严重性无关,但与甲亢的控制与否有关。护理干预在TPP防护中对帮助患者树立正确的健康观,掌握正确的服药方法,建立良好的治疗依从性,有效的控制TPP复发等方面有着重要的作用。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on therapeutic compliance of thyrotoxic periodic paralysis（TPP） patients. Methods Twenty eight patients with TPP were provided with nursing interventions such as psychology supportive therapy, guidance of diet, health education, guidance of drug and follow-up. And at the same time, compare the therapeutic compliance, the recurrence of TPP, the knowledge of disease protection amd the self-nursing of patients in observation group with 21 patients who only received usual care and treatment in control group. Results In the observation group, the scores of the knowledge of disease protection and the therapeutic compliance were significantly increased （P〈0. 01 ）after nursing intervention. After leaving hospital for 12 months or 24 months, the scores of observation group were higher than that of control group（P〈0. 01）. The number and rates of recurrence of observation were obviously lower than control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The occurrence of TPP is not relevant to the cource and the seriousness of disease but the control of hyperthyroidism. Nursing intervention can help patients to establish correct concept of health, learn right methods of taking drugs, establish better therapeutic compliance and control TPP.
