摘要
根据(Enterprise Resource Planning,即企业资源规划)的原理对酒店进行分析,其目的不仅包括改善客户服务、提高生产率以及降低成本,而且为人力资源管理提供了相应的依据。通过对现代酒店业人力资源管理的经济分析,详述了酒店应以人力资本驱动产业发展。分析了现有酒店的人力资源结构,从而使饭店获得可持续发展的长久效益。
Based on the principle of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), this paper discusses the hotel industry not only in order to improve the serving - customer quality, increase the productivity and decrease the costs but also in order to provide corresponding supports to human resources manage- ment. Through an economic analysis of human resources management of modern hotel industry, the au- thor illustrates the development mode of hotels - to use the human capital to drive the industry's develop- ment. Additionally, the human resources structures of existing hotels are studied so as to make hotels keep developing with long -term benefits.
