摘要
目的:观察仁术健胃颗粒对萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者胃镜征象及组织病理学变化的影响,并探讨其可能的治疗机理。方法:将190例患者随机分为治疗组128例和对照组62例,治疗组口服仁术健胃颗粒,每次1包,每日3次。对照组口服胃复春片,每次4片,每日3次。两组均以3个月为1个疗程,服药2个疗程。结果:两组治疗后胃镜征象较治疗前均明显改善,组间比较,治疗组对糜烂、粘膜白相和胆汁反流的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组病理积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),但治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:仁术健胃颗粒治疗萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者可能通过抑制癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活,促进胃癌前细胞的凋亡,抑制细胞的无限增殖和累积,从而逆转胃癌前病变,防止其向胃癌发展。
Objective: To observe the effect of Renzhu Jianwei Granule on the gastroscopic signs and histapathological changes of the patient with chronic artrophic gastritistic prescancerous lesions and study the theory of its therapeutic mechanism.Methods: 190 patients were divided into two groups in random: treatment group(128),model group(62).The treatment group were orally given Renzhu Jianwei Granule,1 package each time,3 times a day.While the model group orally took Weifuchun Tablets,4 packages each time,3 times a day.Three months were a course of treatment for two groups.They were administered drugs 2 courses of treatment.Results: The gastroscope signs of two groups after the treatment were significantly improved compared with that before the treatment.The comparison between two groups showed that the treatment group were better than model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in the improvement of erosion,the white signs of mucoso and bile reflus gastritis.The pathological credits of two groups were improved obviously(P<0.05 or P<0.01) after the treatment.But the improvement of treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion: The precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis was treated with Renzhu Jianwei Granule possibly by inhibiting the activation of cancer gene and devitalization,promoting the waxing of precancerrous cell,inhibiting the infinite proliferation and accumlation of cell.Consequently,it reverses the precancerous lesions and prevents the exacerbation to cancer.
