正畸治疗中高角病例的垂直向控制 被引量:11

摘要 诸多经典研究为我们指出,高角骨面型的形成主要是由于相对较小的髁突垂直生长量,和相对较大的上颌骨垂直生长量及上下颌后牙牙槽突垂直生长量,所共同导致的下颌骨后下旋转所致。根据这一机制,就正畸治疗而言,要阻止高角患者的下颌骨在治疗过程中发生后下旋转,控制其后牙的伸长无疑是最可行的方式。因此,所谓的垂直向控制就是指通过控制后牙的高度来控制高角病例的下颌平面,使其不至于相对于颅底进一步打开。
