摘要
随着社会主义新农村建设的深入推进,林业的可持续发展成为解决"三农"问题的重要途径。由于林业存在着各种不可预料的风险,并且可能遭遇极其严重的损失,所以,森林保险制度的进一步完善和森林保险业务的深入开展是促进我国林业发展的重要措施。从世界范围来看,美国、日本、北欧的森林保险体系建设都已经有相当长的历史,总结和借鉴它们的成功经验对我国的森林保险具有重要的现实意义和积极的推动作用。
Along with the advancement of socialistic new rural reconstruction, the sustainable development of forestry has become an important way to solve ＂three rural＂ issues. As the forest has all kinds of unexpected risks, and possible bitter experience extremely serious loss. Therefore, the further of the forest insurance system improvement and the development of the forest insurance service is an important measure to promote our country forestry development. From a world perspective, the forestry insurance systems of the U. S, Japan and North Europe have a long history. Summarizing and benefiting from their successful experience have the vital practical significance and the positive promotion effect to our country＇ s forest insurance.
