浅谈几种真空热处理技术

摘要 真空热处理技术是传统的热处理技术和现代化的真空技术、电子计算机技术、自动化技术相结合而成的一种高效、优质、节能的先进热处理技术,具有无脱碳、无氧化、可保持零件表面光亮、可使零件脱脂、脱气、变形小、节能且易于控制等优点,已在国内外广泛运用。简单阐述了真空油淬技术、对流加热技术、真空渗碳技术、真空渗氮技术、真空加压气淬等真空热处理技术,以说明该技术的发展情况及发展趋势。 The vacuum heat treatment technology is combined with the traditional heat treatment technology, modem vac- uum technology, computer technology, automation technology, which is a high-performance, high-quality, energy-saving advanced heat treatment technology, with no CO2, no oxidation, and can keep bright surface of parts, skim parts, have the advantages of gas-separation. Deformation-proof, energy-saving, and easy-control, etc. It has been widely used at home and abroad, In this paper, we introduced vacuum oil quenching technology, convection heating technology, vacuum carburizing technology, vacuum nitriding technology, and vacuum high-pressurized gas quenching technology. And we demonstrated the development and trend of the technology.
