摘要
实施危机管理不仅仅是企业有效实现战略目标、促进自身健康发展的需要,更是构建和谐企业的基本要求。论述了企业实施危机管理的必要性,阐述了企业如何有效的实施危机管理,并提出了危机管理的重要性。
The implementation of crisis management on enterprises is not only the need of achieving strategic goals, pursuing a healthy development of their own, but also is the basic requirement of building harmonious enterprises.In this paper, we elaborated how enterprises implemented crisis management and its importance.
