摘要
着重考察了润滑油NMP精制的影响因素—剂油比、温度、含水量对精制油指标的影响,利用高斯-牛顿法进行多元非线性回归得到各因素对精制油指标的拟合曲线方程,并根据其拟合曲线利用内外罚函数法求得最佳操作条件。
The influence factors of Lubricant NMP refining such as ratio of agent and oil, temperature as well as moisture content were analyzed. The fitting curve equation of every factor influences on the refining oil index was gained by Gauss - Newton method. At last, the best operation conditions were gained with inside and outside penalty function method from this curve.
