摘要
介绍多级注射成型的主要控制参数,结合典型实例说明正确运用多级注塑工艺可以有效解决制品缺陷,提高制品质量。提出可借助计算机模拟技术先根据制品形状、模具结构、注塑工艺参数建立数学模型,然后运用仿真技术进行验证,确定入模至充满型腔过程中各阶段的料流过程,达到科学优化工艺的目的。
The main control parameters of multi-stage injection molding were introduced. Combining typical example, it wasshowed that the fight use of multi-stage injection technology was an effective solution for products defects and could improve products qualities. It was put forward that the optimal technology could be obtained as follwing steps: firstly establishing the mathematics model according to the shape of product, die structure, injection parameters, and then verifying through simulation technology, finally confirming the material flow process of every stage from the start of injection to mold idling.
