摘要
针对圆筒切刀式高速切纸机控制系统开发应用过程中出现的精度控制问题,提出了基于模糊PID的高速切纸机精度控制方法。切纸机的精度主要与送纸速度和切刀速度控制有关,用速度闭环控制在保证其速度稳定的前提下,采用模糊PID控制方法来提高送纸辊速度与切刀速度的同步性以提高切纸精度。在Matlab的Simulink平台中建立了基于模糊PID的切纸机速度控制系统模型,并进行了仿真和结果分析。
Considering the precision control problem of the rotary high speed paper cutting machine in operation, a control method based on fuzzy PID was used to improve the precision. The precision is related to the speed control of the knives and the paper delivering, the speed closed-loop control guarantees steady speed, the fuzzy PID control method was used to improve the Synchronism between the paper delivering speed and the cutting speed therefore to improve the precision. The speed control system model based on fuzzy PID was build in the Matlab Simulink platform, and the simulation and result analysis were carried out.
