摘要
分析了打浆过程中温升与比能和电机电流之间的关系,研究了在软测量系统中温升对预测打浆质量的贡献率。结果表明,在纸浆浓度不变的情况下,温升与比能成正比,相对于比能,温升并不能明显地提高对打浆质量的预测能力,相反,如果温度传感器不够精确,还会引入明显的干扰信息。
The relationship between temperature raise of the pulp, specific energy and motor load in pulp refining was analyzed, the contribution ot temperature raise to prediction of refining quality in soft measurement system was investigated. The results indicated that temperature raise of the pulp is proportional to the specific energy when the consistency of the pulp is constant. However compared with the specific energy, the parameter of temperature raise can not significantly improve the prediction of refining quality, on the contrary, it will introduce noise if the temperature sensors were not accurate.
