摘要
结合实践介绍了数码显微摄影系统应用和显微镜调节中应注意的几个方面，指出要获得一幅满意的图像需要制作出优质的标本、恰当调节显微镜和合理使用成像软件三者的有机结合。
This paper introduces a few issues that should be paid attention to in application of digital microphotography and adjustment of the microscope. In order to obtain a satisfying picture, it is necessary to combine a high-quality specimen, proper adjustment of microscope and proper use of imaging software.
